Poogan's Porch Christmas Menu 2012 Chevy http://shurll.com/bmt7a
Next we ended up at the French Market, first having maybe 1 or 2 margaritas at El Negro Gato, I cant remember which ones we had, it was the seasonal orange and something one, and it was tasty! Im not a fan of regular margaritas, but this one was good. I cant remember how long it took us to get to the mall, but it was a lot longer than 20mins. It was 3 courses at $50 per head. The tour ended right outside of Commanders Palace which was great for us, as we had 12:30pm reservations there. Nevertheless Sue was great, she had also emailed me, as Charleston was due to have a major rainstorm on the morning of the 26th, so we had re-arranged to go at 1pm instead. I have submitted reviews on all the hotels we stayed on TA, with photos too.
Our guide, was very umm-ing and arr-ing, with her facts too.I think she must have been new to the job.again there are no photos allowed in the house. When we got there in the morning the gorillas werent out, when we returned later and they were out. Re: Full Trip Report: Christmas Around the South 2012 Jan 15, 2013, 4:59 PM ASHEVILLE, NC Sun 23rd We left Gatlinburg, and were checked into the hotel by 12pm. And comparing Charleston vs. Roll strip up into a little bundle and secure with one toothpick per bundle.
Breakfast was good, hot food included. It really puts things into perspective when your $22 can feed someone for a month. Nottoway is an impressive house to see, very modern and grand compared to Laura. Across the street to an empty Yo Mamas for burgers, they were a few patrons downstairs at the bar, but we were the only customers upstairs! The food was good, under their neon lighting; even the ladies toilet had neon lighting! After a bit of food, we of course had to compare Hurricanes and went to Lafittes to sample theirs. We ended up driving through a lot of small towns before getting back on route to NOLA, one nice town we drove through was Hogansville, GA. The original building of Poogans has been standing since the late 1800s. Then after the tour we headed to Miss Marys for lunch, turns out they were doing Christmas Lunch today and the food was great.this is where we tried Fried Okra for the first time and loved it! I also preferred their ham to Loveless. Thank you in advance for your donation and have a wonderful Thanksgiving and holiday season! And thank you Andrew for your hard working and making a difference, it is truly inspiring. b2d0762948
